I offer one-to-one flower essence therapy in person as well as via Skype.
I also offer flower essence therapy via email, although I do prefer to see all new clients at least once directly so that we can establish a relationship and so that you can talk more freely about what you would like.
So, what does a consultation consist of?
Your initial consultation will last for 90 minutes and will take place either in my London office or via Skype. In this time I will take a case history, getting to know you, your background and what has brought you here. We will also do some healing, which will take place intuitively and be led by your needs.
• Perhaps you need to talk?
• Perhaps you need to listen?
• Perhaps you need to close your eyes and rest?
I will use a variety of techniques, choosing from those mentioned on my ‘welcome’ page, including but not limited to:
• intuitive healing
• spiritual healing
• crystal healing
• guided visualisation
• flower essence therapy
• a reading, either from the oracle or tarot
• angelic guidance
The following day I will send you an email detailing the flower prescription I have chosen for you and why. You can then either get this from me directly or from your nearest homeopathic or holistic store.
If you get it from me directly, I will make it up for you. If you buy it from a store, you will need to blend it yourself (purchasing each essence seperately, mixing with bottled spring water and alcohol).
What are flower essences?
Flower essences are water-based solutions which contain the essential energies of flowers. They are made by floating flowers in water and allowing the light of the sun to help the water absorb their energy signature.
How do flower essences work?
Flower essences work by filling our auras with the vibration they contain, helping us loosen any energy blockages that might be keeping us from vibrating at our natural frequency.
Like homeopathy, they address our emotions as opposed to our physical pain – because most of the time our physical pain is a result of unheard, unresolved or denied/suppressed trauma.
They can help us recognize, resolve, or release different conditioned ways of perceiving the world and, in doing so, experience greater well-being and harmony in our lives.
Different essences have different properties.
Gentian brings the quality of unshakeable confidence in
difficult circumstances, dissolving despondency and depression.
Rock Rose brings tremendous calm, releasing the paralysis
that terror that a threat can bring.
Larch draws up confidence from within, when on the surface
it has evaporated to the point where one gives up trying.
Mustard restores happiness and joy, dissolving depressions
which come like the shadow from a dark cloud in a blue sky.

The next step:
If you would like to experience flower essence therapy as part of a healing consultation, please contact me to arrange a session. I would also recommend you read my intuitive healing page to familiarise you with the process.
If you would like me to make you a prescription, please contact me so that we can arrange a time to chat and get to the bottom of what’s bothering you. I will then select the essence or essence combinatiom that will best suit you at this time and blend it specifically for you.
Depending on your need, you may need one session or you may need more.
For more information, or if you have anything you would like to ask (anything, I promise I don’t bite), email me.
Still not sure..? See what other people are saying.
I look forward to hearing from you. x
